I know I have completely neglected this site but here are some pictures of what I have been up to...
God has been good! His name has been made known and I had fun doing it.

I'll try to post here more often but you can find me now on facebook.

For to us a Child is born,
to us a Son is given,
and the government shall be on His shoulders...
...and He shall be called,
    Wonderful Counselor,
Mighty God,
Everlasting Father,
Prince of Peace.

His light shall break forth like the dawn,
His healing shall quickly appear,
the weary soul rejoices... and His name all oppresions shall cease.

Click on the name!

Hola everyone! Well, it has been a while again, huh?

Check this out... 'Blessed is he whose transgressions are forgiven'. Man! Don’t you just like that? Blessed, that's who we are, we are blessed! ¨Blessed¨ is the entry point to Psalms 32, reminding us that the life of the one who has transgressed in life, the one who has sinned (that means all of us), that a sinful past, covered by the blood of Jesus, is the only way to a glorious life in Christ, the life Jesus came to give us... and, the only way to pure, pure, peace. There is certainly an incredible inner 'high' that you experience when you experience God's mercy and forgiveness. It is something the Pharisees could never enter into, as their self-righteous position in life sees freedom as only available to the law-keepers, when what we are talking about is only available to the law-breakers, who stand free, by grace. That sense of joy, and to be honest, a great sense of relief is to be treasured, and not abused. I read this the other day, 'A full, instantaneous, irreversible pardon of transgression turns the poor sinner's hell into heaven, and makes the heir of wrath, a partaker in blessing. Transgression, sin and iniquity, are the three-headed dog at the gates of hell, but our glorious Lord has silenced its barkings forever against his own believing ones. The trinity of sin is overcome by the Trinity of Heaven'. What a powerful statement!

The cool and powerful thing is that David is speaking from his own life, a man who sinned and let himself, his family, his friends, his nation, and most importantly, his Lord down. He was a human being like you and me. When he was silent, not living in truth, but living within a veil of secrecy... well, he says his bones ached, his emotions were spent, his body was being crippled under the disease of deception. Oh boy! Can I relate to that! In fact a man's conscience can bring with it NO REST when his words and his actions are not in alignment. I believe David needed to continually pause and contemplate deeply the result of his actions, both the sin, and the need for repentance.

None of us are forgiven so that we can continue to live under the power of our own lusts, but that we may live lives pleasing and holy before our God. He says that He will be our guide, our overseer, our comforter... and tells us to live with understanding… not taking His grace for granted. The Lord clearly says… "CHOOSE THIS DAY WHOM YOU WILL SERVE"... You cannot have it both ways. Walk in the freedom of forgiveness and FLEE from sin!!! And if you've messed up and are trying to push it under the carpet, I can tell you now, it is only a matter of time before it starts to eat away at you. Confess and repent. Change your mind, and walk away from it… the Lord is waiting for you, and for your heart to be cleansed by the powerful and indescribable love of God. Let's get this right… A life on the frontline demands at the very least…TRUTH. But the beautiful thing is… THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE!!!

I’ve been experiencing first hand this awesome transformation, not only in my own life but in the lives of so many... not just telling people about this Jesus, but truly being Jesus to them, and as He does on every occasion, He showed up to confirm His Word with miracles, signs and wonders. Talk about being a superhero, there’s nothing like laying hands on a sick person and see them restored and healed by the power of God right in front of your eyes. It's quite humbling really... to be part of something like that. God certainly chooses the weak, the foolish, the things that are despised to put to shame the wise, and to bring to nothing the things that are. Thank You Lord! Over 8000 people received the greatest gift of all, salvation... more than 400 people got healed instantly, and experienced forgiveness and restoration. Orphan children have a nicer place to live, people that couldn't read their Bibles are now able to do so, people without hope for the future have now the God of the universe living inside of them... How great is our God!

This is just a small glimpse of what took place in the last couple of months I've been back in Peru. I'm so thankful... that I made an impact for eternity, that I've made my life count, that God used me to bring His life to this dying world...

Thank You Father! It's time to reap the harvest!

Let's continue making the Maker's Dream come true... I Timothy 2: 3,4

Peruvian mountains. The picture doesn't do it justice. It was taken through a dark glass window, from the bus.

Some ruins in the Andes. Very cool!

I shared the Gospel with these 2 guys, they both got saved!

Precious peruvian kid.

The EvangeCube works really well with kids...

Her little friend came afterwards and they both got saved...

Focus on the Family Ministries (Dr. Dobson, you  know) came to Peru, too. Brio Magazine to be more specific. I worked with them. They played the Toymaker's Dream. Awesome play that tells the Gospel story. Many were touched!

This is Mr. John Smithwick. Former Teen Mania advisor, still works with Global Expeditions... I worked with his team in Chimbote. Mass evangelistic crusade for adults and children. Over 1000 kids got saved at the children's crusade.

This is my ministry team. We tore it up in the street, markets, schools, etc... tons of salvations and healings...

Children's crusade.

Preacher man, Matt Long, at the crusade. El habla español! I'm translating for him. I should've taken a picture of the crowd. We had hundreds and hundreds of people.

Matt, me, and Summer... just chilling after the crusade.

Brother Caleb at the crusade.

This is one of my favorite. Trying to look serious...

This one was taken outside of our hotel in Chimbote.

I'll try to post more pictures later. No promises though. It's just going to take a lot of time right now...
God bless you guys!

Oh boy! It sure has been a while since I posted in here. I'm going back to Peru for indefinite time. Visa issues won't allow me to come back right away like I was planning to (at least that's what they said - Inmigrations people, it's so frustrating). Keep checking this for updates on what's going on. I'll try to keep everyone informed. You can check my myspace, too: www.myspace.com/fer_s_maker

Your prayers will be much appreciated and are indeed needed, so yeah! Please, do... keep me in your prayers!

If you want my telephone or address in Lima, just comment or drop a line and I'll get it for you.

Always remember that God's plan for your life is way bigger than any mistake you could ever make. He is in the business of restoration. Restoration of dreams, visions, friendships, and whatever you lost, whatever was broken... it can come back to life because of His great mercy and love. That's who He is, it's His character. What's impossible for you and me is very possible for Him, He wants to get involved, let Him in, and watch Him work. Don't focus on what's been lost but on what's going to last. Be thankful today, thankful that He didn't give up on you, thankful that it ain't over yet, thankful that you're still here and in the mighty name of Jesus: It shall come to pass...

Let me just share a few pictures with you now...

This is Mr. Paul Brandt. Among many other awesome things... he is a youth pastor, high school teacher, dodger fan, a great minister and friend. I got to work with him in youth ministry. Awesome!

This is a view of Hope Community Church's sanctuary. Pretty, huh? We decorated it like this for Christmas.

This is where all the magic takes place. Media/Editing room. The office...

This is me at Sea World in San Diego.

I don't understand why people say they don't believe in God. It don't make no sense. Good job Shamu!

These little guys were so friendly and social... Well, actually, maybe those crackers were a really good bait...

A close up of one of them... Yum, yum... you´d better run, run! lol

Kicking it in my room in Southern California...

That will do it for now. Drop a comment or something. I'll try to update more often on here. I'm leaving to the airport in a couple of hours. Thanks everyone for your prayers. I truly appreciate them.

God bless you all...

Because He lives,

Is this just something we accept as “part of life”, suck it up, even though it breaks our hearts? After a while the accumulation of event after event that we don’t like or we don’t understand erodes our confidence that we are part of something grand and good, and reduces us to a survivalist mind-set. I know, I know --- we’ve been told that we matter to God, and part of us partly believes it, but life has a way of chipping away that conviction, undermining our settled belief that He means us well. I mean, if that’s true, then why didn’t He __________? Fill in the blank.

What is really going here?

Above all else, guard your heart,
For it is the wellspring of life. (Prov. 4:23)

You have made known to me the path of life. (Ps. 16:11)

In Him was life, and that life was the light of men. (John 1:4)

Come to me to have life. (John 5:40)

Tell the people the full message of this new life. (Acts 5:20)

Where is it? Where is this life? Sometimes I get the feeling of a man who’s been robbed…

Jesus, take away the fog, the clouds and the veil… and help me to see. Give me eyes to really see. Open my eyes to see Lord Jesus!
